For each course taken, employees must receive a grade of C or above, or, for Pass/Fail courses, employees must pass.
If an employee fails one course, the employee will not be penalized and PRH will cover the cost of the coursework. If an employee fails a second course, PRH will still cover the cost of that course, however, the employee will then be placed on a 6-month suspension from the Program.
In order to enter back into the AP Program, the employee will be required to speak to their HR Generalist prior to reapplying to discuss how HR can support them moving forward. If the employee reenters the program, she/he will be required to pay one-quarter of the cost of the current term out-of-pocket. If the employee receives a passing grade at the end of the term, that cost will be reimbursed to them. If, however,the employee receives a failing grade for the third time, then she/he will not be reimbursed for the cost they incurred, and will no longer be able to participate in the Program thereafter.
