What is included in the MyPath GED program?

Through this program, you will receive:

Flexible, online GED® prep and study materials for all four GED® subjects
GED® practice tests or assessments
Official GED test vouchers
A GED® Advisor is assigned to you to walk you through each step of the program
Your GED® diploma upon successful completion and graduation from the program

How is the GED different than finishing high school?

Pearson’s program is designed for working adult learners who may not have had the opportunity to finish high school. Anyone who is at least 16 years old and is not enrolled in high school is eligible to pursue a GED® according to GED Testing Service policy. Each state has its own policy that may restrict eligibility to certain individuals, which can be viewed here.

How is the GED different from a high school diploma?

Who is eligible to enroll in the MyPath GED program?

Associates eligible to take part in this program must:

Agree to, sign, and date the Manpower acknowledgment form as part of the inquiry process;
Not have a GED® or high-school diploma;
Be on a current placement through a participating Manpower office assigned to a role that does not specify you need a GED® or high-school diploma.

Why should I get a GED?

Earning your GED® provides an opportunity to continue your education: Over 98 percent of U.S. colleges and universities accept GED® graduates who meet their other qualifications for admission.
Earning your GED® prepares you for new job opportunities: A GED® credential documents that you have high school-level academic skills. Most U.S. employers accept the GED® credential as equal to a traditional high school diploma.
You can earn your GED® credential more quickly than other high-school equivalency programs: On average, students who take part in Pearson’s program graduate in less than 3 months! Other high school equivalency programs can take up to 15 months to complete.
